A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE:
1. I booked the appointment on line as I was asked to do
2. I arrived for the appointment on time at 9:00 a..m.----------the door was locked and the man would not open it until 9:08
3. the price on the internet booking was $18.00
4. the person who finally took care of me at 9:45 charged me $20.00
